Strategic Foundation announces its decision to transfer ownership of Excelsior International School in Singapore (EIS) as part of its overall strategy to reposition Raffles Campus to focus on strategic projects in key developing countries within the region. Raffles Campus will continue to
be headquartered in Singapore.
